Hello my name is Pablo Gallardo, I born in San Jose Del Cabo Baja California Sur. I currently live in Cabo San Lucas for the past 27 years, I know the destination perfectly well because my family it´s from here; In my daily work I carry out reservation, traffic, and logistics services. I am passionate about what I do because I love customer service and connecting with them, it makes me feel that I was an important part from the beginning to the end of their vacation, since I take care of them before, during, and after their visit.

My activities start by having contact with our client booking their vehicle for their arrival, adding all the needs they require in their service, providing the information to the driver that will transport them, and following up their service by tracking flights, watching the traffic in the city and making the logistics of their stay if required.

Thanks to Cabo’s Routes I got to know this facet of being an important part of our tourist friends.

Funny story: on one occasion, I sold a boat ride for a client, where I was an accomplice for the client to ask his partner to marry him, everything was very improvised so that they did not suspect anything, at the beginning it was very funny because the couple did not expect it, at the end of the ride they arrived very happy, it was a great anecdote for me because I was part of their vacation in a certain way.
